Our commitment to you and your business and home isn’t going anywhere.

Right now, there are a lot of unknowns in the world around how the spread of Coronavirus is going to affect the health and wellness of our people and the businesses they work in. Amidst all the unknowns, we remain committed to helping our customers and their businesses during these unprecedented times.

As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. In order to continue servicing our customers, we’ve taken action to ensure our teams are operating with the utmost precaution and protection. Large or small, we’ve taken all your needs into account to understand how we can continue to help maintain the overall health and safety of your operations. Our team is continually monitoring the situation and adjusting our safety protocols to ensure we can safely continue to regularly service your business or home.

If you have temporarily closed your business or would prefer us not to undertake internal inspections in your home or work premises, we will continue to carry out our routine visits but limit our inspections to external areas.  This way we can continue to protect you from increased activity (particularly from rodents) until such time as we can reinstate a full service for you.

Finally, we know only too well the financial implications this pandemic brings with it and as such, we are freezing our contract renewal prices for all customers until further notice.  We will contact you directly if your contract is due to expire and will also offer all customers the option of paying by monthly instalments.
