Having previously won The Isle of Wight Chamber award for ‘Growth Business of the Year’ in 2017, and ‘Member of the Year’ in 2018, Hillbans Pest Control yet again pulled off an award scoop in 2019, winning the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award – Micro Business’.

This award recognised exceptional levels of service and customer care and was judged on evidence of how Hillbans goes above and beyond customer expectations, with strong customer care ethos and targets. The award also looked at our investment in training and how our high standards of customer care have contributed to our business growth.

Hillbans Pest Control were also proud recipients of a ‘Highly Commended’ certificate for the ‘Micro Business of the Year’ award, which recognises outstanding micro businesses.  Judged on enterprise and sustainable growth within our market or sector, the judges also looked at our future strategy and potential for the further growth of the company.

Being up against some amazing businesses, it was a real accolade to win these awards, and make the 2019 Isle of Wight Chamber Awards the third successful year in a row.

As well as receiving awards, Hillbans were proud to sponsor the award for Small Business Excellence in Customer Service, which was won by The Royal Hotel.
